Job DescriptionREQUIREMENTS:
- Total experience 9 years+
- Strong experience in Product Ownership, Planning, and Roadmapping.
- Experienc as a Product Owner in Agile/Scrum teams.
- Hands-on Shopify Admin experience (mandatory): store setup, products, pricing, payments, shipping, apps, APIs.
- Experience in eCommerce (FMCG/Retail/D2C/Marketplace) domains.
- Ability to convert business needs into user stories and technical requirements.
- Strong stakeholder management and experience with distributed teams.
- Familiarity with SAFe (good to have).
- Experience with JIRA/Agile tools and data-driven decision making.
- Strong understanding of customer journey and conversion optimization.
- Ability to balance business priorities with technical feasibility.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own product roadmap and execution for Shopify platform.
- Manage and prioritize product backlog.
- Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Drive Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, grooming, reviews).
- Work with tech teams on Shopify configs, integrations, and enhancements.
- Improve customer experience and platform performance.
- Track KPIs and product metrics for continuous improvement.
- Identify risks/dependencies and ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate closely with design, marketing, and business teams.
- Ensure delivery of scalable and high-performing eCommerce solutions.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related fields
