Job Responsibilities:
- Being in charge for the development within a project (serial or prototype) in a specific domain
- Selection and implementation of the best solution for the development project regarding costs and timing
- Adhere to development processes and ensure the implementation of these processes
- Adhere to international standards and ensure the implementation of these standards, e.g. ISO-26262
- Support project management by providing appropriate solutions (Technical, Timing, Costs) for a specific domain
- Review and release of development documentation
- Short Description:
- Guidance of function definition and of operational software for embedded systems
- Guidance of design of software architecture
- Support of analysis and architecture design for embedded system solutions
- Knowledge of vehicle dynamics, EV, PHEV, powertrain and chassis control systems
- Knowledge of model based development in Matlab/Simulink/Stateflow/TargetLink
- Guidance of set up of software development environment
- Ability to select appropriate development tools taking into consideration tool qualification requirements of ISO26262
- Ability to develop a functional and technical safety concept according to ISO26262
- Generation of work instructions including safety concerns for performing tasks at vehicle
- Generation of in-house software modeling guidelines
- Coordination of activities with customers and supp
