- Design and develop robust SAP backend integration solutions, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
- Lead the development of OData services, leveraging your expertise in SAP Gateway and ABAP.
- Integrate SAP systems with Fiori applications, creating seamless user experiences.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure code quality and adherence to best practices, conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends, driving innovation within the organization.
- Document and maintain technical specifications and architecture, ensuring knowledge transfer and continuity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Contribute to the overall technical strategy and roadmap, shaping the future of SAP development at Bristlecone India Limited.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP ABAP development, with a strong focus on backend integration and OData services.
- Expertise in SAP Gateway, ABAP, and Fiori integrations is mandatory.
- Proven leadership skills and experience in mentoring and guiding development teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving technical challenges.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
- A deep understanding of SAP architecture and the ability to design and implement scalable solutions.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is an advantage.
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is desirable.
