Associate Process Manager

Experience: 4–7 Years
Location: Mumbai / Pune

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Data Scientist with 4–7 years of hands-on experience to join our analytics team in Mumbai or Pune. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling, along with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.

• Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decision-making
• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models (predictive, classification, recommendation, etc.)
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model validation
• Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to define data-driven solutions
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively
• Apply statistical techniques to solve real-world business problems
• Optimize and monitor model performance over time
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance best practices
• Document methodologies, processes, and results for knowledge sharing

• 4–7 years of professional experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role
• Strong proficiency in Python or R
• Hands-on experience with machine learning libraries (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost, etc.)
• Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and linear algebra
• Experience working with SQL and relational databases
• Exposure to big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) is a plus
• Strong data visualization skills using tools like Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn, etc.
• Experience working with structured and unstructured data
• Ability to translate business requirements into analytical solutions

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• Experience in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Knowledge of MLOps, model deployment, and monitoring frameworks
• Prior experience in domains such as BFSI, Retail, Healthcare, or E-commerce is an advantage
