The Opportunity

This position works out of our Alameda, CA location in the Diabetes Care division where we are focused on helping people with diabetes manage their health with life-changing products that provide accurate data to drive better-informed decisions. We’re revolutionizing the way people monitor their glucose levels with our new sensing technology.

The Associate Product Manager, HCP is responsible for implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of HCP Marketing system.

What You’ll Work On

  • Working with the HCP Marketing Team, assist in achieving US Product line sales and margin by helping drive execution of sales and marketing plan, tracking actuals vs. target and other key metrics such as closes, any losses, and growth within accounts, and adjusting tactics as needed to achieve targets.

  • Assist in developing sales tools and programs (CRM, website, printed field sales collateral, etc), training materials, and field sales and customer communications to support and deliver sales performance. Support Field efforts to participate in and conduct local channel meetings that drive customer adoption. Help develop sales educational/promotional pieces as appropriate: Initiate/manage/ implement publications/ competitive comparisons to support business strategy as appropriate.

  • Work with a broad array or internal and external groups to assure that marketing tactics are executed. Help develop product information and key initiative presentations for use with sales force and key customers. Participate in development of HCP strategy and tactics. Collaborate with others on the development of strategic projects.

  • Works closely with HCP Marketing team to develop, execute, and assess product marketing programs/tactics to respond to Customer and marketplace needs. Collaborate with the Sales, Sales Training & Ops, CRM & Analytics teams on creative optimization across channels.

  • Assist in evaluation of channel efforts and/or customer investments to drive patient adoption and positive return on investment.

  • Manage budget and timelines, ensuring all milestones are met.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors Degree required. MBA preferred or at least three years previous marketing/sales experience.

Strong presentation and communication skills. Critical thinking and analysis of market conditions and opportunities.

The base pay for this position is

$98,000.00 – $196,000.00

In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
