About the role
We are looking for a highly motivated Associate Software Engineer – Intern to join our engineering team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to learn, build real-world software, and grow their careers in Python backend development or React.js frontend development. You will work closely with senior engineers and gain hands-on experience building scalable and user-friendly applications.
What you'll be doing
- Assist in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications using Python or React.js.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and QA.
- Participate in code reviews and learn best engineering practices.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues in development and test environments.
- Contribute to improving application performance, reliability, and usability.
- Actively learn new technologies, tools, and frameworks used by the team.
About you

- 0–1 years of experience (internship, academic projects, or personal projects count).
- Basic understanding of Python or JavaScript fundamentals.
- Familiarity with at least one framework:
- Python: Django / Flask / FastAPI (basic knowledge)
- Frontend: React.js (components, props, state basics)
- Understanding of basic data structures and algorithms.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and REST APIs.
- Willingness to learn, take feedback, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Academic or personal projects using Python or React.js.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub version control.
- Exposure to databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Basic understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Interest in full-stack development.
