Job Description
This role will focus mostly on banking and finance operations. The ideal candidate will be a self-learner willing to take on any task and a good problem solver.
Responsibilities
- Lead Liaising with banks for banking operations
- Lead daily cash management across various bank accounts
- Reviewing/Producing daily MIS on liquidity
- Reviewing/Obtaining Form 145/146
- Lead Credit card management
- Lead Licenses procurement
- Reviewing/Producing monthly payment reports for accounting
- Assisting with the execution of financing deals
- Lead Daily Portfolio Transfers, Investor Repayments, EMI Repayments,Outward Remittances & Vendor Payments.
- Review/Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations for India, covering disbursements, repayments, net cash, and co-lending activities
- Assist with timely payment of all statutory dues
- Assist the team in preparing and communicating timely and accurate monthly financial and management reports
- Lead preparation of monthly & daily cash projections
- Assist with annual external audit, completing requested materials
- Producing MIS for Co-lending activities & Liaising with Lender POC for daily operations
- Lead New Bank Account Opening related activities
- Assist in producing Investment MIS
- Preparation of Monthly ECB Returns
- Assist in Process Improvement & Automation of Treasury Related Activities
Qualifications
- Masters in finance or related areas.
- 2-6 years of Treasury & Banking experience in a similar position
- Experience in handling banking transactions
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Highly entrepreneurial, proactive, and willing to get your hands dirty
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Good grammar, spelling and punctuation
- Driven by data and highly analytical, a good understanding of Excel preferred
