Job Description We are looking for energetic and self-driven professionals to join our Offline User Growth Team. The role involves identifying growth opportunities across the city, building relationships with merchants, businesses, institutions and communities, and driving on-ground user acquisition initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit markets, shops, restaurants, cafés, retail outlets and other high-footfall locations to identify growth opportunities.
Build and manage partnerships with regional/local brands and businesses.
Identify and develop corporate, college, institutional and community partnerships.
Engage with merchants, customers and local communities to understand market needs and provide relevant feedback.
Identify new opportunities for user acquisition, brand visibility and local marketing initiatives.
Support execution of merchant programmes, college activities, community initiatives and other local campaigns.
Work closely with internal teams to take identified opportunities from initiation to closure.
Maintain regular tracking of visits, opportunities, partnerships and execution.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable with extensive field work and meeting different stakeholders.
Ability to independently identify opportunities and follow up consistently.
Good command of the local language.
Candidates with experience in field sales, business development, partnerships, merchant acquisition, market development or similar roles would be relevant.
