Description and Requirements
• PreSc Auditor receives an audit request in WorkDesk/Bizflow
• Auditor then retrieves documents from WorkDesk, and begins Front-End Quality Audit
• Conduct audit review of documents for completeness
• Retrieve case notes and emails
• Using GSP, GSF, C&B and case notes, audit/review of SoldCase Report for accuracy and completeness
• Checklist completed for each audit
• Feedback/findings and checklist are sent to the Implementation Specialist and Manager
• SoldCase submitted at time of completed audit and notice sent back to Implementation Specialist
