Maintain and monitor solar plant electrical equipment, including inverters, transformers, VCBs, AJBs, and SCADA systems. Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance, communication and fault rectification, string correction, plant performance analysis, and team management. Inspect PV modules and mounting structures for cleanliness, shading, damage, corrosion, and alignment issues.
