You Will
- Automate the process through Advance Excel, Access, VBA Macros, Python and Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate)
- Develop, test, document, and implement high quality reports on time that perform according to specifications and requirements documents
- Analyze and solve increasingly complex problems
- Interact with peers within Ericsson People function team
- Perform daily work/tasks with minimal instructions and a moderate level of instructions on new assignments
- Consistently need to seek and provide meaningful and actionable feedback in all interactions
- Constantly lookout for ways to enhance value for your respective stakeholders
- Design, modify, create and implement reporting solutions
To be successful in the role you must have
- Bachelor's degree in science or math's or Economics or Statistics or related quantitative field
- Overall exp should have between 5 to 8 years in Reporting Automation field
- Hands-on exp in connecting multiple MS Office and other applications like PDF, Access etc. through VBA codes etc.
- Experience in automation using complex VBA (Mandatory)/ MS Access / SQL Queries / Python
- Must have experience on Power Apps and Power Automate (Mandatory)
- Experience in AI tools and agent creation will be an added advantage
- Strong data gathering and reporting skills
- Strong and demonstrated analytical, data interpretation skills and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently at times and closely with senior stake holders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
