Key Responsibilities
OPS Support (50%)
Own and resolve production issues to ensure high system availability.
Perform root cause analysis for recurring incidents and implement permanent fixes.
Coordinate with Infrastructure, QA, and DevOps teams for smooth operations.
Manage ATG deployments, configurations, and performance tuning.
Monitor system health and address potential risks proactively.
Loan Rangers Team Guidance (50%)
Provide architecture guidance, best practices, and technical leadership.
Review code and design solutions to ensure ATG standards compliance.
Support development and maintenance of ATG modules and integrations.
Collaborate with team members to meet project timelines.
Mentor junior developers and enhance technical capabilities within the team.
Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of Oracle ATG Commerce experience (architecture + development).
Strong Java/J2EE expertise with ATG components (Dynamo, BCC, CSC, CRS, etc.).
Solid understanding of ATG deployment architecture, caching, indexing, and integrations.
Experience in production support, incident management, and performance tuning.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and CI/CD tools.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Skills
E-commerce integrations (Commerce Tools, payment gateways).
Microservices architecture exposure.
Knowledge of DevOps tools and monitoring systems (AppDynamics, Splunk).
