About the role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle hiring across both technical and non-technical roles. While IT hiring is our primary focus, this role also includes recruiting for Finance, HR, Sales, Marketing, and Business Development. You will work independently to develop sourcing strategies, build strong talent pipelines, drive employer branding, and partner with internal teams to improve hiring outcomes and
processes.

What you’ll do
● Lead end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT roles, including leadership and niche positions.
● Build a strong self-sourced talent pipeline using LinkedIn, headhunting, social media, and personal network (no use of platforms like Naukri/Monster).
● Collaborate with marketing to create engaging and targeted recruitment campaigns
● Drive employer branding to position the company as an employer of choice within the IT industry.
● Track recruitment metrics and hiring trends; analyze competitor hiring strategies.
● Work with internal teams to explore and implement AI-based recruitment tools.
● Create compelling outreach messages to attract and connect with candidates—selected or not.
● Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

What we look for
● 5–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within the IT product industry.
● Hands-on experience in sourcing and hiring across tech and non-tech roles.
● Strong expertise in LinkedIn sourcing, headhunting, and social media recruitment.
● Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
● Familiarity with ATS (preferably Keka) and resume databases.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and active listening skills.
● Understanding of current recruitment trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity.
● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.

● Experience in hiring for leadership roles and niche positions.
● Ability to build and manage talent pipelines without job portals.
● Strong ownership mindset; people-oriented and results-driven.
● Fluency in English with the ability to write outreach messages that attract top talent.
● Empathy, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to build meaningful candidate relationships.
● Capability to collaborate cross-functionally and with marketing for recruitment campaigns.
● Up-to-date knowledge of AI in recruitment and eagerness to explore its application.
● A passion for building inclusive and high-performing teams.
