What You’ll Be Doing:

We are hiring an Automation (RPA & Intelligent) Engineer with a product engineering mindset to drive automation initiatives within our organization, leveraging expertise in solution design and programming. You will play a key role in building and managing scalable automation solutions, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration focused on execution automation excellence within our organization.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Contributing to the refinement of our automation vision, emphasizing collaboration, continuous improvement, and learning within the team.
  • Drive development, deployment, testing, and delivery phases of automation projects.
  • Identify automation opportunities, troubleshoot solutions, and optimize processes for efficiency and scalability.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to implement innovative automation solutions aligned with business objectives.

You Will Need This to Be Successful:

  • 3-4 years of overall software engineering experience with at least 2+ years of SME knowledge in Automation Anywhere (Automation 360) – preferred /UIPath/Blue Prism/Low Code-No Code or custom frameworks.
  • Strong programming skills with a focus on solid, secure, performant, and clean code practices. Experience in developing enterprise automation solutions.
  • Ability to deliver software and artefacts which are stable, reliable, and scalable independently within self-organizing Agile teams.
  • Plan and identify solutions and risks in assigned work.
  • Knowledge of design patterns is desirable.
  • Excellent design, coding, debugging, problem solving and analytical skills with a product engineering mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and a commitment to fostering a low ego, high-performance culture.
  • Good to have exposure on the Microsoft technology stack (C#, ASP.NET & SQL Server).
  • Work time 11:00 am to 08:00 pm (IST).
