Role Overview :- We are hiring a front‑line business development professional. who can open new doors within the PE/VC, AIF, and Asset Management ecosystem and convert opportunities into closed mandates. This is a pure acquisition role — focused on building pipeline, winning new logos, and driving incremental revenue across domestic and GIFT City fund structures. If you are target-driven, commercially sharp, and come with an active institutional network — this is your platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new institutional clients across:
Domestic AIFs
Emerging Fund Managers
PE/VC Funds & Asset Managers
Private Credit / Real Estate Funds
- Build and convert pipeline through cold outreach, industry networking, referrals, and market intelligence
- Engage Founders, Fund Sponsors, CFOs, Compliance Heads, and Investment Teams
- Drive full sales lifecycle: prospecting → pitching → solution alignment → commercials → closure
- Support RFP submissions, pricing discussions, and commercial negotiations
- Work closely with product and operations teams to structure compelling multi-jurisdiction solutions
- Track SEBI / IFSCA / GIFT City regulatory developments to identify opportunities
- Maintain disciplined CRM reporting, pipeline hygiene, and revenue forecasting
Candidate Profile
- 7–10 years of experience in financial services sales / business development
- Proven track record in direct sales roles with measurable revenue impact
- Strong exposure to PE/VC, AIF, Asset Management, or institutional client ecosystem
- Existing and active network within Mumbai’s fund, legal, tax, and advisory ecosystem
- Demonstrated ability to leverage intermediaries and partners for lead generation
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
- High ownership mindset with revenue accountability
