Job Overview:
We are looking for an AWS Solutions Architect to drive the design and execution of scalable, cost-effective cloud solutions. You will lead technical strategy, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor staff. Key responsibilities include managing client relationships, providing expert guidance, and supporting pre- and post-sales efforts. AWS Certified Solution Architect - Professional required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the AWS architectural roadmap and strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Define and implement best practices for AWS architecture design, deployment, and operations.
- Design highly available, scalable, and cost-effective AWS solutions meeting business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, development, and business units, to align AWS solutions with organizational goals.
- Analyse complex technical issues, provide recommendations, and lead the resolution efforts for AWS-related challenges.
- Create and maintain architectural documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
- Build capabilities, offerings, service accelerators and differentiators.
- Build a go-to-market strategy that highlights our cloud offerings that best support our customers' challenges.
- Innovation and Thought leadership, bringing out white papers, blogs, presentations, and collaterals.
- Responsible for delivering solutions architecture for major clients.
- Client Relationship Management (both pre-sales & post-sales)
- Be client CIO/CTO's trusted advisor.
- Pre-sales / post-sales (play an active role in winning business)
- Build and grow relationships with AWS and alliance partners to expand our relationship, offerings, and revenues.
- Build relationships with key client decision makers and influences in partnership with sales and marketing.
- Deliver superior value and conduct project reviews.
- Enable teams to deliver better value in projects.
- Coaching, Mentoring and Provide team a clear direction.
Key Skills:
- Proficient in designing enterprise-grade AWS solutions architecture.
- Hands-on experience coaching and mentoring teams, fostering career progression, and improving architecture skills.
- Strong ability to manage estimates, tasks, risks, and escalations.
- Skilled in articulating complex concepts to diverse technical audiences.
- Ability to maintain team engagement and ensure client satisfaction.
