What will you be doing?
- The Axapta - LRC (Loaners, Rentals & Consignment) Solution Architect will partner with Supply Chain Business Process Owners and SCM solution architects to ensure the design and deployment of a quality solution that meets the business needs.
- Support the live countries on the AX2012 and AX2009 instances. Participate in the projects, improvements, conduct fit/gap analysis, CRP, training, configuration and conversions.
- Partner with the external consultants and COE solutions architects. Ensure processes consistency and assist in facilitating change leadership interventions within Supply Chain and LRC
- You will require strong ERP (AX 2012 R3) knowledge, a good understanding of complex business processes in large multi-nationals and a validated experience in large and critical AX multi-national implementations.
- This program provides emerging markets with a step change in capabilities improving analytical skills, expense and inventory control, compliance, and acquisition integration speed.
- The program is a key enabler in delivering processes and systems which will allow a greater degree of central management and control, particularly in the areas of Finance, Supply Chain distribution, Loaners & Consignment, Inventory Management, and master data. Chain processes, where appropriate.
- An individual who can work efficiently in a collaborative environment and foster teamwork with their peer group, their team and with business / functional leaders.

What will you need to be successful?
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology / or Supply chain management.
- Certification/Licenses: D365/AX certificates preferred.
- Operating Mode: Hybrid: Work from office: 2 days in a week.
- Experience: Minimum 5+years of ERP experience in AX 2012. Functional knowledge of AX 2012 and AX 2009 in the Supply Chain area, other areas are a plus (ex: Finance). Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 product knowledge.
- Proficiency in governing multi-functional solutions and ability to implement processes end-to-end.
- Ability to understand and address business and technology challenges related to the implementation of sales & supply chain technologies.
- Validated ability to work with globally located, culturally diverse teams. Knowledge of consignment and loaner business processes is preferred.
- Experience in Logistics and life science industry is a plus.
- Proficient in building collaborative teams, maintain calm, stay focus and instil that ability in others, and be effective communicators.
