What will you be doing?

  • You will need to have good knowledge in AX 2012 architecture, ability to review our infrastructure and propose changes to consider future growth. SQL monitoring framework and performance related issues.
  • Integrations with other systems. Ability to evaluate end to end user experience and suggest changes to improve it. Code review of the customizations and localizations.
  • Knows the Business: Understands overall vision/mission and strategic intent of our business and can clearly articulate to others. Drives decisions with an appropriate level of risk, balancing pace with depth of analysis. Possesses functional expertise, and understands its impact within the broader business context (within and across businesses).
  • Focuses on the Customer: Anticipates customer needs and delivers promptly against their expectations, is responsive. Intimately understands customer perspective, their challenges and provides solutions for their success.
  • Builds Strong Relationships: Is effective at establishing productive relationships both within and across the group business. Respects and values differences, and takes full advantage of differences for optimal results.
  • An individual who can work efficiently in a collaborative environment and foster teamwork with their peer group, their team and with business / functional leaders.
  • Embraces Innovation and Change: Continuously looks for better ways to enhance our processes, services and products. Encourages and supports the generation of new ideas that drive business value. What will you need to be successful?

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology / Computer Science/ Computer Engineering.
  • Certification/Licenses: D365/AX certificates preferred.
  • Operating Mode: Hybrid: Work from office: 2 days in a week.
  • Experience: Minimum 5+years of Experience in AX2012. Experience with database/performance monitoring.
  • Proficiency in technical aspects of system maintenance and development.
  • Experience in full implementation cycles of AX 2012 in a global environment. Experience with data migration and migration tools.
  • Proficient in building collaborative teams, maintain calm and focus under pressure and instil that ability in others, and be effective communicators.
