Business Analyst Business Banking
JD Overview:
- 8+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in Digital Transformation engagements
- Experience working on change delivery programs within banking or financial services.
- Ability to identify, document, and manage change requirements across the delivery lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end change lifecycle, from initiation through implementation.
- Good understanding of the financial services industry, preferably in SME or business banking contexts.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate requirements and influence stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, ensuring buy-in and engagement.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a pragmatic and practical approach to delivery
- Previous experience in commercial banking is preferred
