Role Description
Analytical support for the HSBC Debit product. Focus on analysing customer engagement and identification of segments to be targeted for Premier. Candidates will be required to work with country business teams on designing, executing, tracking campaigns across spends, acquisition, total relationship balance (TRB), etc. They will be expected to leverage Visa insights on industry and market trends in shaping campaign mechanics and objectives.Markets in scope: India, Singapore, Malaysia, UAE
Role profile
Day-to-day
• Proactive drive to gather an understanding of the business needs
• Provision of Visa insights
• Support business stakeholders in running campaigns
• Stakeholder management providing meaningful, regular updates
Skills/Experience
• Strong data analytics background
• Understanding of cards business (P&L drivers etc)
• Ablity to drive business initiatives in collaboration with HSBC stakeholders
• Reconciliation and data validation checks are conducted as standard practice using sensible available sources
• Able to determine the key data points required to conduct analysis
• Customer profiling / segmentation experience
• Conversion analysis
• Data visualisation and Business Reporting
• Optimisation and automation as second nature
• Design of marketing campaigns - target audience, proposition, testing structure, measurement with statistical significance
• Confident speaker for presentation and stakeholder management
• Able to deliver at pace
