L1 Interview: BA Skills + Lending / Cards Domain Experience (see JD below)Job Description – Business Analyst (Lending):
- Strong Business Analysis experience with domain exposure in Credit Cards / Debit Cards and Lending products.
- Experience supporting digital journeys, particularly mobile banking delivery within retail banking environments.
- Ability to gather, analyse, and document business requirements across the end-to-end delivery lifecycle, including design, testing, and implementation.
- Exposure to wallet-based payment solutions is preferable.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments, collaborating with Product Owners, Technology, and Operations teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across multiple product teams.
