Back End Technical Lead | Chennai

Manage end-to-end fund accounting for Luxembourg real estate fund structures, including NAV calculations, capital accounts, management fees, and real estate transaction recording. Support month/quarter/year-end closes, investor reporting, capital calls, distributions, audits, and regulatory reporting (AIFMD/CSSF). Coordinate with AML/KYC, transfer agency, legal, administrators, auditors, and valuers. Drive process improvements and support system automation.

Coordinate records and information management governance across business and central teams. Implement and monitor records controls for unstructured data, support training and communications, track risks and remediation, and assist with audits and inquiries. The role requires managing workplans, dependencies, governance forums, evidence gathering, stakeholder alignment, and adoption of standardized processes while using AI-enabled approaches to improve recurring inquiry handling.

Lead security engineering efforts across multi-cloud environments by designing cloud security controls, policy-as-code guardrails, container protections, and automated remediation. Own vulnerability management and incident escalation, conduct forensics and root-cause analysis, translate compliance requirements into technical controls, and automate evidence collection. Mentor engineers, oversee threat modeling and architecture reviews, maintain security documentation, and participate in on-call operations.
