Backend Development Lead / Technical Architect

Lead backend engineering and architecture for fintech platforms. Ensure scalable, secure cloud-native systems.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of backend architecture for cloud-native, microservices-based systems.
-Govern API standards, integration patterns, and security frameworks to ensure consistent and secure enterprise-grade solutions.
-Provide technical leadership in building secure, high-performance backend services, including authentication, authorization, and data protection mechanisms.
-Drive end-to-end delivery quality by enforcing best practices in coding standards, code reviews, testing strategies, and CI/CD pipelines.
-Oversee system performance and scalability, guiding optimization efforts and architectural improvements across team.
