As part of the Customer Operations team at Conga, you will play a vital role in enhancing the efficiency of processes and providing essential administrative support for the Professional Services and Managed Services teams. Working collaboratively with your team members, this position will involve maintaining and optimizing key processes and systems, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and contributing to the success of projects through accurate reporting and timely support. Your efforts, alongside those of your team, will support Conga's mission to drive operational excellence and deliver exceptional value to clients.

Adaptable and proactive. Priorities shift, projects evolve, and you’re great at rolling with it. You stay cool under pressure and can juggle competing tasks without dropping the ball.
Process Support: Provide comprehensive process enablement for Professional Services and Managed Services throughout the full project lifecycle in FinancialForce (e.g. setting up pipeline projects, activating projects/reviewing paperwork, closing out projects, etc.).
Operational Request Management: Manage the operations support request queue daily, ensuring timely resolution by responding to queries within 24 hours and coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
Reporting & Analysis: Gather data from multiple sources, consolidate into Excel, and create clear, comprehensive reports with actionable findings and analysis tailored to stakeholder needs. Ensure the data is accurate, relevant, and presented in a manner that supports informed decision-making.
Partner & Vendor Management: Oversee the setup of partners and vendors in internal systems and tools, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
Expense Auditing: Audit internal expense reports to ensure alignment with the approval process.
Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for system or process enhancements to improve operational efficiency and recommend actionable solutions.
Here’s what will give you an edge…
Experience with Professional Services operations. You’ve spent 3–5 years supporting or Professional Services or Managed Services, so you know what the day-to-day really looks like.
Salesforce & PSA experience. You’ve worked with Salesforce and FinancialForce (or similar PSA tools), and you know how to navigate them confidently—whether it’s spinning up a new project or wrapping one up cleanly.
Clear, deliberate, and collaborative communicator. You are clear and concise when you speak and write -- and even creative in terms of ensuring your messages are received and understood. You leave no room for assumptions or misunderstandings. It is what sets you apart from the rest.
Education
A Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, or a related field. You bring a technical background that helps you ask better questions and deliver better results.
