Develop web applications using IBM BAW, collaborate throughout the development cycle, ensure tool compliance with customer needs, and conduct code reviews.
- Develop web applications based on specifications in a best in class manner in IBM BAW (Business Automation Workflow), previously known as IBM BPM (Business Process Manager).
- Interact with different roles during the solution development cycle (requirement analysis, architecture and design, frontend/backend development, system integration, support)
- Assure that tools/applications meet Customer requirements
- Support & Maintain of own or internally developed tools/applications
- Solve problems (root-causes analysis, design change, implementation update, deployment)
- Perform code reviews and share best practices with colleagues
