The Braze Lead will design and implement scalable Braze solutions, optimize data models, troubleshoot issues, mentor junior developers, and ensure compliance with quality standards while managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
The purpose of this role is to provide technical guidance and suggest improvements in development processes. Develop required software features, achieving timely delivery in compliance with the performance and quality standards of the company.

Roles and Responsibilities :
Lead the design and implementation of scalable Braze solution.
Develop and optimize data models, audience segmentation, and automation strategies.
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, design, consider design alternatives, facilitate discussions and provide out of the box solution for marketing automation requirements
• Lead the effort to design, build and configure campaigns, acting as the primary point of contact
• Able to troubleshoot the various technical/functional issues related to Braze.
• Leverages knowledge of database marketing tools and principles to develop methods for process automation, process governance, and capabilities improvements.
• Strong hands-on SQL development – experience in writing SQL or debugging database queries
Work with REST/SOAP APIs, FTPs, and external data sources.
Conduct code reviews and enforce development best practices.
• Ability to interact with and communicate effectively with management.
• Must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Act as a mentor for Junior Developers.
• Excellent communication skills and knowledge of Agile methodology Provide best practice recommendations for marketing automation.
6+ years in Marketing Automation Platforms
At least 3-4 years in implementation ( Adobe, Marketing automation Experience)
At least 2-3 years Braze Experience
Must Have Skills :
- Experience in Braze platform implementation or Partner Led Onboarding
- SQL – joins, complex queries, etc.
- Experience in API Integrations
- Good communication skills
- Braze Certifications( At least Developer has to to be there)
Good to have Skills :
- Experience in Implementation of other Marketing Platforms like SFMC, Adobe Campaign, etc.
- Programming experience (Javascript / Java / VB / C# / PHP)
- Braze Partner Led Onboarding experience
