Position : Business Analyst
About the Role:
We’re looking for a curious and proactive Business Analyst to join our data product team. You’ll play a key role in crafting how data is delivered and used across the organization by turning business needs into cloud-based solutions that are simple, scalable, and impactful.
What You’ll Do:
Collaborate with teams across product, engineering, and operations to capture requirements and define data product features.
Translate business goals into clear, user-friendly documentation, workflows, and user stories.
Focus on building extensive documentation for the team.
Support the development and rollout of data products on platforms like Azure, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric.
Advocate for data accuracy, governance, and easy-to-understand documentation.
Facilitate workshops and discussions to align teams around priorities and delivery plans.
Help plan and implement user testing to ensure solutions meet real-world needs.
Build visuals and guides that help both technical and non-technical users understand how things work.
What You Bring:
8+ years of experience as a business analyst or similar role in data or cloud-focused projects.
Knowledge of tools like JIRA, Confluence, SQL, Azure Data Factory, or similar platforms.
Good communication skills and a collaborative working style.
Experience working in agile environments and chipping in to fast paced teams.
A demeanor passionate about users, outcomes, and continuous improvement.
