Mandatory Certification:
- CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional)
- CCBA (Certification of Competency in Business Analysis) from IIBA
- PMI-PBA (PMI Professional in Business Analysis)
Mandatory Skillset:
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in process modeling tools (e.g., Visio) and requirements management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of core Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts and technologies (e.g., Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Directory Services) is a significant advantage.
Total Experience Expected: 06-08 years
Qualifications- Engg Graduate with minimum 7 to 9 years (max) of total experience as Business Analyst
