Gather stakeholder requirements, document business needs in BRDs and user stories, analyze insurance data and claims trends, identify inefficiencies and fraud indicators, support data warehousing and policy management system integrations, ensure regulatory compliance, build performance dashboards, and conduct UAT. Requires SQL proficiency and Python experience.
This is a remote position.
• Requirement Gathering: Interview stakeholders to collect business needs and write detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and user stories.
• Data & Process Analysis: Analyze insurance data, claims trends, and policy metrics to spot operational inefficiencies or fraud indicators.
• System Integration: Collaborate with IT and developers to design, test, and implement data warehousing, reporting, and policy management systems.
• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure data systems align with insurance regulations and track performance using dashboards.
• Testing: Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to verify that new software solutions match functional requirements
• Proficiency in SQL for querying databases, and experience with python
