Summary:
As a Business Analyst, you will analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. You will assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather, and synthesize information to drive business success.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.
- Develop and maintain business architecture models.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into business requirements.
- Analyze data to identify trends and insights for decision-making.
- Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance business processes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in EPIC Systems.
- Strong understanding of business process analysis and design.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies.
- Knowledge of data analysis and interpretation.
- Familiarity with project management principles.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in EPIC Systems.
- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
- A 15 years full-time education is required.
