Job Overview
As a Senior Business Analyst, you’ll help deliver cutting-edge digital solutions to institutions within our national sporting network. You’ll be closely involved in the full product lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment - under the guidance of senior consultants and delivery teams.
Job Responsibilities:
•Support gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements
•Assist in user testing, training, and deployment efforts
•Help create process maps, user stories, and functional specifications
•Conduct competitor, product, or market research
•Attend internal and stakeholder meetings, taking structured notes
•Aid in project coordination and stakeholder engagement
Your Skills:
•Strong interest in how technology enhances athlete and fan experiences
•Organised, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Excel, or Miro is a plus
