Summary: As a Business Analyst, you will analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather and synthesize information, identifying customer requirements, and defining future business solutions. You will assess the current state of operations and work towards designing effective strategies that align with organizational goals, ensuring that technology and processes are seamlessly integrated to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Develop and maintain documentation related to business processes and system designs. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Guidewire Digital Portals. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with business process modeling tools. - Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into technical requirements. - Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Experience in project management methodologies to ensure timely delivery of solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Guidewire Digital Portals. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
