Summary:
As a Business Analyst, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems. Your typical day will include assessing the business model and its integration with technology, as well as evaluating the current state of operations. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify customer requirements and define the future state or business solution. Additionally, you will conduct research, gather data, and synthesize information to support decision-making and strategic planning.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and ensure alignment among stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive documentation that outlines business requirements and proposed solutions.
- Run workshops, document current vs. future state, and define requirements.
- Produce solution design packs, process flows, data models, and TOM documents.
- Support integration design, user stories, refinement, and acceptance criteria.
- Interact with application owners, risk teams, platform SMEs.
- Contribute to governance approvals and documentation.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.
- Experience with Identity Access Management (IAM).
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in creating process maps and workflow diagrams to visualize business processes.
- Strong experience in IAM process design.
- Understanding of IGA, AM, PAM, MFA, AD, SSO concepts.
- Excellent documentation and stakeholder engagement capability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
