Summary:
As a Business Analyst, a typical day involves thoroughly examining an organization's structure and workflows to understand how its business model aligns with existing technology. This role requires evaluating the current operational state, engaging with stakeholders to capture their needs, and envisioning an improved future state or solution that enhances business performance. The position also includes conducting detailed research, collecting relevant data, and synthesizing information to support informed decision-making and strategic planning within the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business objectives and technology capabilities.
- Document and communicate business requirements clearly to technical teams and stakeholders.
- Support the development and implementation of business process improvements.
- Assist in validating solutions to ensure they meet business needs and requirements.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Reltio.
- Good To Have Skills: Life Sciences Industry experience.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex business processes and data.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration between business and technical teams.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear and actionable requirements.
- Familiarity with process modeling and documentation techniques.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Reltio.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
