We are in pursuit of a skilled individual to join the Intimates team as Business Analyst. This role would require you to assist the Head of the plant to develop, implement and sustain the SBU operational strategy whilst monitoring the operational progress, highlighting abnormalities by effectively coordinating projects with relevant business support to achieve the desired operational results.
KEY RESPONSIBIILTIES
Assist the GM - Operations in formulating the Manufacturing LRP (Long Range Plan) in line with the Divisional business plan to achieve business/ operational KPIs, in collaboration with relevant value stream leads, plant heads & other divisional SBUs (if necessary) to ensure connectivity and effectiveness.
Drive Hoshin Kanri (Strategy Deployment Process) and organize, facilitate period reviews such as Strategy Review Sessions and Hoshin Sessions to ensure effective implementation of strategies.
Assist the Head of the plant in designing goals for the subordinates to achieve business KPIs.
Provide operational analysis and insights to the Head of the Plant and plant management to improve productivity and reduce cost of the SBU as and when the requirements arise.
Coordinate proactive financial reviews, Turnaround reviews and project reviews whilst providing relevant insights such as cost structures and operating models to ensure the desired outcomes of the key deliverables such as cost targets, productivity targets are met.
Initiate and drive cross functional projects as and when requested by the management, provide updates and make sure the set objectives are finally met.
Schedule daily/ weekly & monthly opertional reviews and drive the LSTW of the Head of the Plant to create an organized predictable management system.
Ensure compliance with the defined governance framework including upholding the MAS DNA, following company policies & procedures, relevant laws & regulations and undertake every necessary action to comply with the governance framework.
Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management.

Degree/ Professional Qualification in Management/ Engineering
Strong Analytical Skills
