Summary:
As a Business Analyst, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems. Your typical day will include assessing the business model and its integration with technology, as well as evaluating the current state of operations. You will work on identifying customer requirements and defining the future state or business solution. Additionally, you will be responsible for researching, gathering, and synthesizing information to support decision-making and strategic planning within the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and ensure alignment among stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive documentation to support business processes and system designs.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in process mapping and modeling techniques.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
