Summary: As a Business Architect, you will engage in a dynamic environment where you will identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value. Your typical day will involve assessing the current state of business operations, capturing high-level requirements, and defining innovative business solutions. You will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models. Additionally, you will support transformation initiatives by developing comprehensive business cases and guiding the implementation of key projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and foster collaboration among stakeholders. - Analyze and document business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Murex Datamart Reporting. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Murex Back Office Workflows. - Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into technical requirements. - Experience in developing business cases and project proposals. - Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Murex Datamart Reporting. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
