Summary:
As a Business Architect, you will identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models, while supporting transformation initiatives through the development of business cases and guiding their implementation.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and ensure alignment among stakeholders.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their understanding of business architecture and requirements analysis.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.
- Requirements analysis and engineering
- Agile methodology
- Deep expertise on BA tools and methodologies (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, Gitlab, User story definition)
- Stakeholder management
- Project management experience is nice-to-have
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
