Summary:
As a Business Architect, a typical day involves leading comprehensive assessments of the current business environment to uncover opportunities that can deliver measurable value to clients. This role requires identifying key customer needs at a high level and designing appropriate business solutions and frameworks to address those needs effectively. The Business Architect also focuses on developing detailed business cases that support the realization of strategic visions, ensuring alignment between business goals and operational capabilities. Collaboration with various stakeholders to drive these initiatives forward is a central aspect of the daily workflow.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among diverse groups to ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing business processes and recommending enhancements.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative learning environment.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Assurance, Database Architecture, Data Analytics, MongoDB.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex business requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable business architectures that support organizational goals.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to integrate business processes and technology solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and innovative outcomes.
- Strong communication skills to articulate business strategies and technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Service Assurance.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education with BE or any equivalent is required.
