Business Data AnalystWe are seeking a highly analytical and driven Business Data Analyst to join our Customer Excellence team. This role is pivotal in supporting strategic price plans and initiatives across multiple countries, playing a key part in driving double-digit internal growth and achieving aggressive margin improvement targets. You will elevate our pricing efforts by providing crucial data analysis and process management support, directly impacting our success with new and existing customers.

Provide analytical support for sales teams to implement new price increase processes and pricing structures for existing accounts. Analytical activities will include: collection of customer financial and operational information from our business systems; the preparation of analyses based on this information; the presentation of this data for review by sales teams
Execute account price plans, including coordinating customer notifications and preparing data for financial system updates.
Develop management processes for executing price improvements in currently unmanaged product lines.
Perform quality control checks to ensure error-free processes and related reporting.
Partner with global teams and local country resources to ensure successful execution.
Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis and financial reporting, preferably within the business services industry.
Ability to conduct and understand complex financial models of business problems.
Proficiency with MS Office and/or Google applications, especially working with large data sets/files; experience with financial applications like Oracle and Salesforce is a plus.
Solid written, verbal communication, planning, and organizational skills.
Sound business acumen for developing/implementing pricing strategies.
Fluent in Spanish and English.
Bachelor’s Degree Preferred.
