What You Will Do:

The Client Consultant will be responsible for driving sales and customer engagement within the Sensormatic Solutions – Traffic insights vertical (https://www.sensormatic.com/shopper-insights) . This is a quota-carrying role with commission eligibility. The position focuses on managing existing customer relationships, generating new business opportunities, and delivering technology and data solutions to retail clients.

How You Will Do It:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers through regular engagement and strategic communication.  
  • Service existing customers by ensuring timely delivery of technology and data solutions.  
  • Respond to RFPs, requisitions, and proposals within the assigned region.  
  • Drive lead generation and new business acquisition, including competitive displacement strategies.  
  • Manage a long-term sales pipeline and identify opportunities for growth.  
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.  
  • Customer connects and engagement frequency.  
  • Timely and accurate response to RFPs and requisitions.  
  • Achievement of sales quota and revenue targets.  
  • Lead generation and conversion rate.  
  • Customer retention and satisfaction scores. 
     

What We Look For:

  • Bachelor's degree or a related field.
  • Understanding of retail technology space and working relationships with Key industry players
  • 7–10 years of experience in sales, preferably selling into malls and retail environments.  
  • Proven track record in quota-carrying roles
  • Excellent presentation and persuasion skills, capable of influencing at all levels.
  • High level prospecting skills and proactive behavior.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Unquestionable integrity and ethics.
  • A results-driven mentality with a can-do attitude and ability to provide out-of-the-box solutions.
