Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities:
Ideal Candidate Profile (Essential Attributes)
- Work Experience: 6-10 Yrs.
- Min B2B Sales: Should have a minimum of 5-7 yrs. of B2B sales to Large Corporates
- Local Market Knowledge – Min 3-4 Exp of B2B in South ( Bangalore, Chennai & Hyderabad market)
- Market Intelligence- Learning and Development and Leadership Sales.
- Ability to assess market needs; gather and synthesize requirements from customers
- Understand the competitive environment and communicate customer value proposition and build business case to optimize revenue
Other Attributes
- Hard core Skill- B2B Solution sales (Preferably HR Consulting Soln, Training Solns )
- Role – B2B Elements both Door Opening as well as Account Management
- Exposure – Should have interacted with L&D Heads, HR Head & CXO Level.
- Added preference- Must have been rated high Potential in last 2 roles.
- Aptitude to work in a high-pressure environment & deliver results
