Job Description

Sales Manager 

We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Sales Manager to lead business development activities in the Testing & Analytical Services industry. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in service industry sales, the ability to work independently, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in testing and analytical services
  • Identify and acquire new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals independently
  • Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM records

Salary : Rs.35,000 -  Rs. 70,000 

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the service industry (Food, Pharma, Chemical testing, analytical, laboratory, inspection, certification, or related fields preferred)
  • Proven ability to work as an individual contributor
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Good understanding of B2B sales processes
  • Ability to join immediately
