Roles and Responsibilities:
Business Growth & Sales Strategy
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to expand our services across different geographies and industry segments.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities, partnerships, and potential clients in the AEC, Industry.
  • Achieve revenue and sales targets by driving lead generation, negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Should have handled revenue targets

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, developers, and technology partners.
  • Understand client needs and offer tailored BIM solutions that add value to their projects.
  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and repeat business.

Market Analysis & Industry Insights

  • Stay updated with BIM industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors’ strategies.
  • Conduct market research and provide insights to enhance service offerings and competitive positioning.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to build brand visibility

Collaboration & Team Leadership
  • Work closely with internal teams to create compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Lead and mentor a business development team to drive performance and achieve sales goals.
