About the Role

We’re searching for an energetic, high-ownership SDR Team Lead who can build and run a fast-moving outbound engine. This role is all about driving lead generation → qualification → demo booking, while leading a motivated team to hit aggressive demo targets month after month.

As the SDR Team Lead, you will own the complete top-of-funnel engine. You’ll guide the team on channels, messaging, tools, and outreach strategy, ensure consistent demo conversions and make real-time decisions to improve performance. Your success = your team consistently meeting or beating their net demo targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Coaching
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SDRs end-to-end
  • Review performance daily; conduct coaching sessions and call feedback
  • Hire, train, and build a high-performing SDR team

  • Lead Generation & Demo Conversion
  • Own the entire process from lead sourcing → outreach → qualification → demo booking
  • Ensure SDRs hit weekly and monthly demo quotas
  • Optimize outreach across channels like email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, calls, and any other high-conversion medium
  • Build scalable prospecting and qualification frameworks

  • Process & Performance Management
  • Create and refine scripts, templates, ICPs, and targeting strategies
  • Track KPIs: lead quality, outreach volumes, conversion %, net demos booked
  • Improve funnel efficiency with data-driven decision making
  • Partner with sales to ensure smooth handoff and high demo attendance

  • Tools, Reporting & Operations
  • Own CRM hygiene, pipeline visibility, and performance dashboards
  • Run weekly and monthly reviews with leadership
  • Identify blockers early and drive quick fixes

What You Bring

  • 2–5 years of experience in SDR / Inside Sales, with at least 1 year leading a team
  • Strong outbound and qualification acumen
  • Proven ability to drive demo conversions at scale
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and team motivation skills
  • High ownership mindset with a love for fast-paced, target-driven environments
