Your key responsibilities
As a member in the PB COO Central Team:
- Deliver comprehensive insights into PB COO business operations by providing regular support on Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) and Headcount (HC) related matters.
- Assist with navigator tasks and actively contribute to initiatives led by the PB supervision team.
- Execute organisational updates and manage the creation of job requests within the Workday platform.
- Collaborate with various teams to obtain necessary approvals for changes in Workday or for job requests.
- Conduct detailed tracking of FTE on a line-by-line basis, develop forecasts, and review FTE dashboards, including offering commentary and analysis.
- Provide support in the creation of job requests and facilitate the onboarding process for the PB Target Operating Model (TOM) project.
Your skills and experience
- Academic qualifications in Business, Finance, or related field
- Prior relevant work experience of minimum 1-2 years
- Familiarity with MS Access, SQL & VBA would be a plus
- Aptitude for analytical tasks and ability to pull out the key messages
- Ability to constructively challenge senior colleagues
- Very Good Excel working knowledge
- Strong communication skills with excellent English, both orally and written
- Good knowledge of the financial sector
