Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis. - Good To Have Skills: BA Experience with Banking Domain - Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into actionable requirements. - Ability to create detailed process documentation and use cases. - Experience in stakeholder engagement and management. - Familiarity with process modeling tools and methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - This position is based at our Pune office. RTO 3 days weekly - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
