Project Role : Business Process Architect
Project Role Description : Design business processes, including characteristics and key performance indicators (KPIs), to meet process and functional requirements. Work closely with the Application Architect to create the process blueprint and establish business process requirements to drive out application requirements and metrics. Assist in quality management reviews, ensure all business and design requirements are met. Educate stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the designs.

Summary: As a Business Process Architect, you will design business processes that align with functional requirements and key performance indicators. Your typical day involves collaborating with various stakeholders to create process blueprints, ensuring that all business and design requirements are met, and facilitating quality management reviews. You will also engage in educating stakeholders to foster a comprehensive understanding of the designs, thereby contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Continuously assess and improve business processes to enhance operational efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Broadcasting Media. - Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement. - Experience in process mapping and documentation techniques. - Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences. - Familiarity with quality management principles and practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Broadcasting Media. - This position is based at our Pune office. - An MBA is required.
