Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

Summary:
As a Business Process Architect, a typical day involves analyzing and designing innovative business processes to support organizational goals. This role requires creating detailed documentation that serves as a blueprint for implementing new processes and technologies. The professional collaborates closely with business stakeholders to define product requirements and develop use cases that align with process and functional needs. Additionally, the role includes participating in user and task analysis to accurately represent business demands, ensuring that solutions are well-tailored to meet operational objectives and enhance overall efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of process documentation to ensure clarity and usability.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to align objectives and expectations.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management processes and supply chain operations.
- Experience in process modeling and business process reengineering.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications.
- Familiarity with integration of SAP EWM with other enterprise systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to support process improvements.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP EWM.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
