Project Role : Business Process Architect
Project Role Description : Design business processes, including characteristics and key performance indicators (KPIs), to meet process and functional requirements. Work closely with the Application Architect to create the process blueprint and establish business process requirements to drive out application requirements and metrics. Assist in quality management reviews, ensure all business and design requirements are met. Educate stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the designs.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of business process frameworks to enhance operational efficiency.
- Facilitate communication between technical and business teams to ensure alignment of objectives.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and knowledge sharing to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
- Strong expertise in designing and modeling business processes with a focus on measurable outcomes.
- Experience in collaborating with application architects to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Ability to conduct thorough quality management reviews ensuring compliance with business and design standards.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement and communication to effectively convey complex process designs.
- Competence in defining and monitoring key performance indicators to track process effectiveness.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
